Join us as we come together to celebrate Latin American culture at the Hola Charlotte Festival 2021 in person again!
The 8th annual Hola Charlotte Festival is hosted by Norsan Media. Hola Charlotte is the largest Hispanic Heritage celebration in Charlotte highlighting Latin American culture and all its richness. The event engages both general market and Hispanics of all backgrounds and ages. It features nationally recognized entertainers and a Latin American cultural village highlighting the heritage and culture of 15 Latin American countries – providing an avenue for sponsors to brand their products. Hola Charlotte Festival is highly publicized through multiple partners, a robust press campaign, and an extensive Hispanic media campaign via Norsan Media’s multiple platforms. This year we didn’t want to loose the opportunity to highlight the hispanic community, so we will celebrate virtually.

Why Celebrate Hispanic Heritage?
Every year Americans observe National Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15 by celebrating the history and culture of American citizens whose ancestors come from Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. To commemorate this special ocassion, Norsan Media invites the entire community to celebrate the heritage, food, music, dance, and art of all Latin American culture!
Latin American Cultural Village
Cultural organizations from across Charlotte will come together to create a cultural heritage environment and celebrate our traditions. Countries such as Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, México, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Perú will be represented at the event.
Each country will proudly display authentic items and musical instruments from their native land in their own booth. Attendees can enjoy music, visit each “village” and learn about different cultures in a friendly environment, and who knows?
Maybe even try on a typical attire from Latin America.
Prestigious Charlotte museums and cultural organizations will come together to create the Cultural Pavilion for the attendees again in 2019. The Pavilion showcases the programs and activities that these organizations offer to the entire community. The organizations provide family friendly activities and bilingual information to festival attendees throughout the day! The organizations will also be spreading the word about the event and inviting their followers to join in this unique experience.
